Many method statements achieve client approval but fail at the point of execution. They describe what will happen, but do not govern how, who, when, with what, and under what controls it will happen.
Sequencing gaps, undefined supervision responsibilities, missing emergency arrangements, and absent equipment governance create site exposure that approved paperwork cannot protect against.
