NO CURRENT RUNTIME · NO CURRENT SKURE: Contractor Governance Engine
Contractor Control Engine
A contractor governance intelligence engine that closes the control gap between document compliance and actual site governance — structuring RAMS, PTW, inductions, competencies, supervision, and corrective actions into a unified contractor control architecture.
Contractors Controlled by Documents, Not Governance
Most contractor control failures occur not because documents are absent, but because the governance architecture behind them is fragmented. RAMS are submitted but not verified. Inductions are recorded but not governed. PTW compliance is assumed rather than confirmed.
When RAMS, PTW, competencies, supervision accountability, and corrective actions are disconnected, contractor risk accumulates invisibly. The RE Contractor Governance Engine closes the gap between paper compliance and operational control.
